COVID-19 has transformed the way we do business in numerous ways. Given that work takes up a big part of our daily lives, it is not surprising biggest impact virus-related pandemic been seen workplace. One critical outcome performed and location from which done. As organizations switch traditional models to remote work, workplace relationships are also undergoing transformation. Drawing on tenets leader-member exchange theory, explore antecedents consequences transformation supervisor-subordinate relationships, due work.
